The Master in Interior Design for Commercial Spaces focuses on developing the skills to execute interior design projects in retail establishments and shopping centres. Its content touches on values such as leadership in innovation processes, creativity and project management, as well as offering insight on the commercial contexts of the future.
This field of design is currently calling for multidisciplinary professionals with sound management skills and an understanding of the fundamentals, methodologies and graphic tools involved in industrial and interior design.
The programme builds a theoretical and practical structure around the creation of an introductory project at the start and a second comprehensive commercial space design project at the end in collaboration with major companies in the sector.
After completing the Master in Interior Design for Commercial Spaces, students acquire the skills to develop themselves professionally in commercial spaces, design consultancies and departments, in addition to as technicians and as regards innovation and with the ability to develop their own retail-related projects and business ideas.
They are trained to manage and lead design and innovation teams in companies and prepared to add value to design studios and/or generate their own professional path by creating an innovative business or their own creative project linked to designing commercial spaces.
