This course aims to deepen the preexisting knowledge of the realm of painting.
Throughout the analysis of the major elements of painting techniques, such as the study of surfaces, colors, and materials, students will develop and implement different methods of expressions, and reflect upon the unique value of each style, learning to critically analyze the affiliation between imagery and the message behind it.
This course is intended for students with some background in that specific subject area and to students attending or having completed one or two years of their university studies in Art and Design who are keen on building upon this through hands-on training experience.
Requirements
Prior experience or studies in the field. Students who have followed the Painting 1 course.
