This course aims to bring together two worlds that seemed so distant until a few years ago, while keeping in the foreground the Italian-ness as well as the most up-to-date professional skills that distinguish the creative approach of Istituto Marangoni. With a well-balanced mix of cutting-edge subjects, methodologies and innovative technologies, students fully immerse in the design process for sportswear collections - 3D Pattern cutting and production planning. Furthermore, they are introduced to the future of fashion through the experience of Virtual Catwalks, while keeping sustainability at the outmost level of attention. In addition, participants acquire the skills needed to design comfort-wear as well as garments with stretch and elasticated materials, and get familiar with new interpretations and fabric manipulation techniques.
