Les Roches is a co-educational school offering higher education programs that is accredited by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE). Les Roches provides instruction in English to students of any race, nationality, sex, color, religion or creed who have successfully completed a full secondary school program.
We expose our students to a broad range of courses covering the inter-related areas of the hospitality industry, by means of theoretical and practical work within the School and by regular periods of internship in recognized hotels, restaurants or related institutions. Students’ intellectual abilities are further developed through the general education component of the undergraduate programs.

This Master’s is purpose-designed to be studied alongside your current professional role. Easily adapted to your schedule, choose from 2 versions of blended faculty-supported distance learning or a fully online experience. You also have the option to take a six-month internship at the conclusion of your studies.
You’ll study remotely, and be able to attend on-campus one-week sessions. The rest of the time, our teachers will be at your disposal.

6 sessions over 9 months: You will assist to 4 one-week on-campus learning experiences over the first semester, and 2 one-week sessions for the following term.
4 sessions over 9 months: You can opt to come to campus for 2 sessions. In the first semester you’ll have X one-week learning experiences, and 2 one-week sessions over the 3-month term.
